About the Report

WITH OUR 2025 INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT, WE PRESENT OUR PERFORMANCE AND FUTURE TARGETS ACROSS CORPORATE, ECONOMIC, ENVIRONMENTAL, AND SOCIAL AREAS TO OUR STAKEHOLDERS.

As Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O. (VakıfBank), with our 2025 Integrated Annual Report covering the period from January 1 to December 31, 2025, we present our performance and future targets in the corporate, economic, environmental, and social areas, as well as financial data, to our stakeholders. Our report has been prepared in accordance with the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles for the Preparation and Publication of Annual Reports by Banks, published by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA), and is in compliance with Article 8 and principles (2.2.1) and (2.2.2) of the Corporate Governance Communiqué (II-17.1) published by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB) on January 3, 2014.

This report has been prepared with reference to the GRI Standards. It has been created based on the International Integrated Reporting Framework published by the IFRS Foundation. The material topics in the report are based on the results of the double materiality analysis conducted by VakıfBank, which considers the impacts of the Bank’s activities on the environment and society (impact materiality) and the potential effects of sustainability-related risks and opportunities on the Bank’s financial performance (financial materiality). Our material topics, capital elements, and value creation model have been structured in line with this framework; our activities and performance results are presented under the relevant headings.

The report also utilizes sector-based disclosures published by the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), which is affiliated with the IFRS Foundation, including the SASB Standards for the Commercial Banking Sector. Unless otherwise stated, the data in the report covers the banking activities carried out in all of VakıfBank’s domestic and international service units.

Our report includes disclosures in line with the UN Global Compact (UNGC) Communication on Progress, the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles (UN WEPs) Progress Report, and the TCFD recommendations for Climate-Related Financial Disclosures, to which we are a signatory. Additionally, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were referenced during the reporting process to ensure our sustainability approach aligns with the global framework.
