We, as Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O. (VakıfBank), hereby present our performance and future targets in corporate, economic, environmental and social areas as well as financial data to our stakeholders with our 2023 Integrated Annual Report covering the period from January 1 to December 31, 2023.

This report has been issued in compliance with GRI Standards’ 2021 version. In addition, our Integrated Annual Report has been drawn up in line with the Integrated Reporting Framework published by the Value Reporting Foundation. Our material issues, capital items and value creation model have been grouped in line with this framework. Furthermore, our activities and performance progress have been disclosed in a transparent manner.

In the report, the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) for Commercial Banks has been utilized. Unless otherwise stated, the data represents the banking activities of VakıfBank conducted in all of the service units in Türkiye and abroad.

In addition, our report includes the United Nations Global Compact Communication on Progress Report, the United Nations Women’s Empowerment Principles (UN WEPs) Communication on Progress Report, of which we are signatories and our climate-related statements within the scope of the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). In our report, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals have also been employed as a guide.
