Technological integrations
to simplify busıness
for smes
In 2013, VakıfBank, in cooperation with the
Credit Bureau of Turkey (KKB), integrated into
an Electronic Reporting System (ERS) enabling
the transmission of KKB check/risk reports
via e-mail and SMS. Accordingly, VakıfBank
became one of the first banks to offer this
important service to its clients.
We are closer to our
clients with more branches
and more employees
In 2013, as in previous years, VakıfBank
actively continued with its branching activities;
the number of regional offices rose to 22 and
the number of branches rose to 859 from
16 and 744 in 2012, respectively. Continuing
to serve more people at more locations, the
Bank is now much closer to its clients with
14,943 employees as of year-end 2013.
sıgnıfıcant SUPPORT FOR THE
EDUCATION OF SPECIAL
CHILDREN
In the new schools it has constructed,
VakıfBank continues the support it has
been giving to education since the day
it was founded. Within the scope of the
project developed in collaboration with The
Foundation for the Training and Protection of
Mentally Handicapped Children, a center that
will provide both education and rehabilitation
services was established. “VakıfBank ZİÇEV
Boarding House and Rehabilitation Center for
Mentally Handicapped Children,” established
to use the latest technology to meet all needs
of the mentally handicapped children, was
constructed on 2,400 square meters of land.
In the center, which that has a dormitory with
a capacity for 25 girls and 25 boys, facilities
such as doctor, psychologist, physiotherapist,
social services specialist, conference room,
individual and group training rooms are
available.
From the VakıfBank branches, subscribe to
the E-report System of the Credit Reference
Agency (KKB) free of charge, and have access
to E-Cheque and E-Risk Reports easily from
your mobile phone or over the internet.
