Numan Bek
Executive Vice President

Born in 1967 in Adana, Numan Bek is a
graduate of Economics Department at
Çukurova University Faculty of Economics and
Administrative Sciences. He started his career
as an Assistant Associateat the Banking School
of Ziraat Bank in 1991. The following year, he
began working as a Associatein the Securities
Department in 1992. He joined T. Vakıflar
Bankası T.A.O. in 1993 as an Assistant Auditor
and continued to serve as an Auditor from
1996 to 1999. Until 2002, he assumed the
positions of Assistant Manager in the Portfolio
Management Department and Assistant
Manager. He was Manager of VakıfBank of
New York Branch between 2002 and 2004 and
General Manager and Board Member of Austria
VakıfBank International AG between 2004
and 2010. Bek served as Assistant General
Manager Responsible for International Banking
at T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. and was a member
of the Board of Directors, Audit Committee and
Supervisory Board for the Bank’s subsidiaries
between 2010 and 2012. On April 7, 2012, he
was appointed as an Ececutive Vice President
of T. Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O. Numan Bek
currently serves a member of the Supervisory
Board of VakıfBank Austria International AG. He
is fluent in English and German.

Muhammet Lütfü Çelebi is a 1992 graduate
of Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics
and Administrative Sciences, Department of
Economics. He started his career in 1995 at T.
Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O. as an Assistant Auditor.
Between 1998 and 2001, he worked as an
Assistant Manager and Manager at a number
of the Bank’s branches. From 2011 to 2013, he
held the position of the Chairman of the Retail
Banking and was appointed as an Executive
Vice Presidentof T. Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O. on
October 4, 2013. Muhammet Lütfü Çelebi is
fluent in English.
Yıldırım Eroğlu
Executive Vice President

A graduate of Ankara University Faculty of
Political Sciences, Department of Economics,
Yıldırım Eroğlu joined T. Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O.
as an Assistant Auditor in 1993. Following his
duties as Service Manager in the Commercial
Loans Department, a branch manager
at various branches and manager of the
Commercial Loans Department, he served as
the General Manager of the New York Branch
between 2004 and 2011. On November 17,
2011, he was appointed as an Executive
Vice Presidentof where he was responsible
for Commercial Credit Allocation, SME Credit
Allocation and Intelligence Departments. In
December 2013, Eroğlu was assigned to his
current position; he has been a member and
Chairman of the Supervisory Board of VakıfBank
International AG (Vienna) and the Board of T.
Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O. Emekli ve Sağlık Yardım
Sandığı (VakıfBank Pension and Health Fund).
Since 2013, he also serves on the Board the
Interbank Card Center.
