VII. Liquidity risk
In order to avoid the liquidity risk, the Bank diverts funding resources as customer deposits and foreign borrowings, considers the maturity mismatch
between assets and liabilities and maintains liquid assets to guarantee sufficient liquidity during market fluctuations.
While the Bank’s short term liquidity need is met mainly with deposits, its long term liquidity is provided through foreign funding sources such as
syndication and securitisation transactions. There are no significant idle liquidity resources.
