Ordinary and Extraordinary Reserve Funds
Article 85 (The amended version with the Ordinary General
Assembly decision dated 31.03.1987)
Bank’s ordinary reserve funds are reserved for the Bank’s potential
future losses, and primary extraordinary reserve funds are reserved for
compensating its extraordinary losses.
General Assembly may decide to use the secondary extraordinary
reserve funds to ensure continuous progress of the Bank and consistent
dividend distribution, and in the meantime to partially or fully cover the
capital increase.
TEMPORARY ARTICLE 1 (Ordinary General Assembly decision dated
25.03.2011 and the amended version of the decision)
The following terminology of the Articles of Incorporation were amended
Prime Minister, Ministry of Industry and Trade, General Assembly,
Ordinary General Assembly, Extraordinary General Assembly, Industry
and Trade Ministry Commissar, Chairman, Chairmanship, General
Manager, General Directorate, Executive Vice President, Agenda,
Shareholders–Partner, Steering Committee–Credit Committee, Reserve
funds , Vote, Member, Minutes.

the Bank and consistent dividend distribution, and in the meantime to
