Upon the resolution reached in the 64 th Ordinary General Assembly of the Parent Bank held on August 13, 2018, amendments were made to the Articles of Incorporation, registered on August 17, 2018, and published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated August 31, 2018.
