110 Section II: Management and Corporate Governance Principles OUTSOURCED SUPPORT SERVICES TRANSACTIONS WITH THE BANK’S RISK GROUP Pursuant to the Banking Law numbered 5411 and Communiqué on Bylaw Regarding Procurement of Support Services by the Banks dated 05.11.2011 and numbered 28106 VakıfBank procures support services from various companies in order to increase its service quality and maximize customer satisfaction.
